Delivery Information

Physical Products:

We commonly use DPD for our parcel deliveries, we can however only post to the UK using this service.

Software Licenses:

Once you have paid for your product we will verify the purchase and send you your item via e-mail (if it is a software license) the e-mail will be sent to the address you used at checkout or the address you register with. The delivery process is usually done within the hour but depending on the time zone it can take up to 6 hours. If you do not receive your item within 6 hours of purchase (maximum) please drop us a message through our contact page and we will get back to you asap. 

Most of our products do not require physical shipping. In the event that physical shipping is required we can only ship to the UK & European countries.
